The top is made up of three large 5 cm thick beech tops joined by iron tie rods in width and thickness.
It rests on a straight oak base joined in the middle by a large crosspiece and fixed on strong skates.
The benches with a 3.5 cm thick cherry top rest on a sinuous elm base with skates.
The benches were made with and for the table because they slide perfectly on each side of the table skates.
They measure 2.75 cm long, 23.5 cm wide and 3.5 cm thick.
Norman work from the 19th century.
Good condition and beautiful patina
NB: an old piece of wood fills a knot on the top and one of the benches is split but without any problem of solidity.
