Description:

Magnificent pair of silver-plated bronze cabinet candlesticks, dating from the 17th century, featuring a magnificent shaft decorated with crystal and turquoise glass beads. The decoration is richly worked with palmette motifs and bouquets of flowers inserted in cartouches on the feet, revealing an exceptional finesse of execution.

Condition:

- Small lack on the end of the foot of one of the candlesticks.
- Change of a nut under a foot in the nineteenth century.
- A collar decorated with balls above a crystal is missing on the second.
- Wear of the silvering on the whole, which adds charm and testifies to the antiquity of the pieces.
