"18th Century Coffee Table Stamped Dussautoy"
Lovely center table for a living room on all sides, marking a transition between the Louis XV and Louis XVI periods, stamped by Jean-Pierre Dussautoy. This living room table, made in marquetry à la reine, opens on the front with a drawer that reveals an opening shelf covered in leather. The marble is original, as is the openwork gallery in gilded bronze, as well as all the bronzes and the lock. This flying table, in rosewood marquetry with boxwood and stained sycamore fillets, rests on four curved legs joined by a crotch shelf decorated with a floral decoration of flowers and branches. Jean-Pierre Dussautoy, received master on September 1, 1779. The whole is in very good condition, with restorations of use and maintenance. Dimensions: Length: 49.5 cm. Depth: 38 cm. Height: 75 cm.
