"Folk Art Cabinet Covered With Bark"
Rare sideboard from Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy. Ca. 1912In two parts. Assembly of dark bark nailed to the wooden structure.
Sideboard with one door on the lower part. On the upper part, shelf ending with the figure of a creature related to an hydra. The jambs of the shelves resting on the sideboard are initials probably of the artist and/or the family for whom the piece of furniture was made.
