This solid mahogany and mahogany veneer sloping desk includes a lower part opening with a belt drawer. This drawer has an original key and lock in working order. This piece of furniture rests on four turned gadrooned legs. The upper part in the shape of a trapezoid is set back from the bottom. We find a flap resting on the lower shelf. The front is enhanced by a flamed mahogany of a nuanced color. The brass lock is accompanied by a surface-mounted entrance in the shape of a diamond. Inside, the flap is trimmed with green leather with a central motif, gold vignette and cold vignette.
