Alcohol Flask – Solid Silver – Travel Accessory.

English flask in glass covered with brown leather (lizard) and solid silver 925/000. The curved shape allows it to be carried in a pocket. The removable cup on the lower part bears a monogram ''GBO''. The hallmarks are present under the base of the cup and the indication ''sterling'' is marked on the frame of the stopper which pivots a quarter turn for opening. The seal is ensured by a cork pellet. A slit in the leather lets you see the level of liquid inside the bottle. Very good condition, a tiny tear in the leather. England, early 20th century.
