Large and important Chinese pagoda console or altar in wood with a beautiful brown patina and fine sculptures on the theme of plants and animals (bats, etc.). Front from the Qing Dynasty (17th - 18th century) with small restorations (front right legs). Five drawers in the edge. The back was also decorated with (simpler) sculptures probably at the end of the 19th or the beginning of the 20th century to make it a middle piece of furniture.
