"Louis XV Period Chiffoniere Table"
Chest of drawers in walnut wood, opening with two drawers and a pull-out on the front and a side drawer (called "chétron"). The four slightly arched legs are joined by a crotch shelf. The top is bordered by a molding on three sides. The chest of drawers is considered a small chest of drawers for ladies to use when they work either sewing or embroidering. Fully pegged piece of furniture with a beautiful patina. France, Louis XV period, 18th century.
