Object description :

""jack Knife" 1943, Ww2 Folding Pocket Knife, British Army, Sheffield."
Folding and multi-purpose pocket knife, used in the English army and the "Navy" during the Second World War, and popularly called "Jack Knife".
It is marked on a blade: 1943, RICHARDS, SHEFFIELD, with an arrow ("arrow" in English), and here synonymous with military order, these orders were at that time, placed with the Sheffield workshops, renowned for the quality of their steel productions.
Versatile, this light knife offered a splicer, a knife blade, and a can, can and bottle opener blade ... for a weight of 148 grams.
Handle apparently covered in black horn (without certainty ..., synthetic materials already existed ..), but it has two small cracks and a slight lack (see photos), which raises the question ...
Good used condition, the blade of the knife seems to have been used and sharpened a lot ..., which speaks for its quality and efficiency! ...
Length between 10 and 22 cm
Very careful shipping in addition.
