"Early 20th Century Floral Soft Bracelet Rose/old Cut Diamonds On Silver & Yellow Gold"
Flexible bracelet composed of two parts: links with floral motifs of general oval shape, set with rose-cut diamonds, articulated between them and interspersed with bezels set with old-cut diamonds. Dating from the Belle Epoque, early 20th century, we can undeniably find the influences of Art Nouveau. The base of the bracelet is made of 750/°° yellow gold (18 KT, eagle's head hallmark) while the upper part set with diamonds is in silver, which gives this jewel a very soft and subtle general color. The overall theme being floral, the links represent leaves and flower buds, on an openwork volume worked in relief, right up to the ratchet clasp which is invisible to the wearer, hidden under a diamond. With a particularly delicate and neat finish, this bracelet offers such flexibility that one could imagine adapting it into a necklace by adding a chain. An inventory number engraved under the clasp inspires the invoice of a renowned workshop.
