Helmet having been used during the First World War, reconditioned like all helmets in service in the 1930s, by adding a khaki paint and an attribute in use from 1929. Steel helmet fitted with a slightly oval spherical bomb, a visor and a neck cover; on the crest top fitted laterally with two ventilation slots. Matte khaki paint applied with a brush covering the original light blue paint. Front badge in stamped and cut brass with a scalloped anchor. Headdress of the second type, made of a headband and six wolf teeth in blackened sheepskin, each pierced with an eyelet for the passage of the tightening lace.
