Beautiful openwork bowl with an oval shape simulating basketwork and decorated with palmettes. Beautiful gilding with burnished gold with agate (polished). Paris porcelain, it bears the signature of the Nast Manufacture below. France, Empire period - early 19th century. Based in Paris, the Nast manufacture was created in 1784 and active until 1830. It supplied French high society and several European courts. Beautiful large piece, very decorative, ideal for presenting fruit on a dining room table or decorating a fireplace or a chest of drawers in addition to candlesticks or to form a complete set. Our bowl is in excellent condition, gilding overall very fresh. No damage to the porcelain or the openwork parts. Beautiful collector's item. Length : 22.4cm
