The canvas has been cleaned and is in perfect condition. It has not undergone any restoration. It is in its original frame (regilded) with some missing parts. Possibility of purchase without the frame. The colors are fresh and bright. The work is located at the bottom right, Le Havre and signed on the left Colin. He was a student of Jean Paul Laurens. He is referenced in the well-known Bénézit. He also appears in the little masters of painting by Gérald Schurr and in the dictionary of French landscapers of the 19th century.
