Yemen, first half of the 20th centuryA lovely pearl necklace with a variety of silver gilt beads (low grade circa 800) and dark purple/burgundy glass beads.
With the original clasp.
In good condition, some wear on the details of the beads, tiny missing pieces and a small dent on the large pearl.
This is an authentic ethnic piece of jewellery, worn and loved and sold as such.
Dim: 61.5 cm total open / 27.5 cm closed / 5.5 cm diameter for the largest pearl.
