"Large 18th Century Crucifix In Gilded Wood "
Superb and large Christ on the cross in gilded wood from the 18th century. It rests on a tripod base in crow's feet carved with foliage and volutes and topped with a turning. The cross carrying the Christ is decorated on its ends with shells and at the corners with sunbursts. The finely carved Christ is positioned with his head leaning to his right. High quality work in excellent condition and rare for its size of 105 cm.
