Charming little Louis XV style chest of drawers opening on the front with two drawers separated by a crosspiece. Curved on its three sides, our chest of drawers called "sauteuse" is entirely covered with a veneer of precious wood and light wood marquetry fillets on the drawer fronts. It is topped with a beautiful veined marble of different colors and decorated with a bec de corbin work. It has beautiful chiseled bronze ornamentation (offcuts, pull handles, lock entries and sabots). The bottoms are in solid oak indicating a high quality manufacture.
