Artwork of extraordinary quality depicting a bison, signed and dated 1897 by the Russian sculptor Robert Romanovich Bach (see photo), lacking authentication. A member of the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, he taught sculpture and won numerous awards in his homeland.
