"Empire Period Hot Water Bottle Lamp "
Empire period hot water bottle lamp in silver-plated bronze. Resting on a circular cup finely chiseled with palmettes, laurel and olive garlands. The vase-shaped shaft is also chiseled with florets, water drops and palmettes, it receives two light arms ending with chiseled sockets of palmettes and streaks. The original lampshade is in oval-shaped lacquered sheet metal enhanced with silver laurel garlands. The height of the lampshade is adjusted using an arrow tail. The end which acts as a grip is in the form of an eagle with very finely spread wings! 19th century work very well preserved as a whole. Dimensions of the lampshade: width 35cm / depth 25cm.
