Marie Leszczynska, a putto gives her a crown in her left hand while she holds a shield in her right hand. A peacock, an attribute of the goddess Juno, rests on her right and watches over the transmission of the crown. Bronze with brown patina on a sea green marble base. Signed. Work after Guillaume Coustou (Lyon, 1677 - Paris, 1746) from the Restoration period, early 19th century Dimensions H: 40 cm. The Louvre Museum keeps the original marble in the sculpture department, under inventory number MR 1813.
