Antique Decorative Carved Oak Woodwork

Front Superb carved oak chest front, dating from the 17th centuries, richly decorated with Baroque motifs.
This exceptional piece features relief sculptures representing caryatid heads, stylized figures, panels decorated with shells and scrolls.
An inscription engraved in old French adorns the top: "FAIT POVR JEHAN ROSE ET SVSANE EVDES", adding a historical and personalized touch to this work.

Condition: In good general condition for its age. Note some natural wear on the lower part and a small discreet loss on the return of the right side, without major impact on the overall aesthetic.
