" Clock Napoléon III In Bronze Gilding Cupid"
Decorative and beautiful quality clock from the Napoleon III period around 1880. Signed on the dial "Horloger Schnerb". Gilded bronze architecture with four columns with a figure at the top of a cupid piercing a heart. Large domed dial in white enamel accompanied by finely worked gilded hands, all protected by domed glass. The interior space is occupied by a sun pendulum visible on the front through a beveled window. Base in Carrara marble decorated with scrolls, the whole rests on six feet.
