The manifesto of the 363 is a declaration addressed on May 18, 1877 by the Republican deputies to the President of the Republic Patrice de Mac Mahon, who expresses their opposition to the policy he is pursuing and to the establishment of the monarchist Duke of Broglie as President of the Council, even though the majority of the Chamber is Republican.
