Portrait of a man. Perhaps a sailor. The cylindrical object on the right is rreminds a bollard. The turquoise tones are reminiscent of sea water and I also found this painting in Hamburg in the 1990s, hence my very subjective interpretation. Strong presence, beautiful range of colors. Very good condition, modern quality and well-matched frame.
