China or Vietnam circa 1900, richly carved chest in high relief on its base. The support opens to a drawer on the front (bottom of the drawer warped), spacer missing. The chest is finely carved with decoration of an animated landscape in a medallion surrounded by dragons, flowers and longevity peaches. The handles of the chest and the front of the drawer decorated with bats, foliage, flowers and birds. Dimensions of the whole: H 69 x 53.5 x 34 cm
