Edouard Febvre (1885-967) Édouard Febvre, a 19th-century French painter and watercolourist, received classical artistic training before turning to watercolour, a medium in which he excelled. Regularly exhibiting in Parisian salons, notably at the Salon des artistes français, he quickly gained recognition for his luminous landscapes and rural scenes.
