"Edouard Febvre, The Dancing Ball"
Pastel and drawing from the early 20th century, representing a dance ball from the Belle Époque. Edouard Febvre (1885-967) Édouard Febvre, a 19th-century French painter and watercolourist, received classical artistic training before turning to watercolour, a medium in which he excelled. Regularly exhibiting in Parisian salons, notably at the Salon des artistes français, he quickly gained recognition for his luminous landscapes and rural scenes. Good general condition, beautiful frame. Dimensions without frame: 61 / 41 cm
