"Important Umbrian-tuscan Canterano From The Very Early Seventeenth Century"
Beautiful Umbrian-Tuscan chest of drawers from the very early seventeenth century in light walnut and splendid walnut root in the five drawers available. The piece of furniture includes beautiful pilasters finely carved with caryatids, topped with shells and ending in vegetal and fruit elements, in fact, pomegranates are present in the carving, the one on the left symbolically open, showing the seeds and the one on the right closed. The sides of the furniture framed with various orders of carving are also very beautiful, as are the front drawers themselves.
The piece of furniture appears perfect in every part, stable and in excellent condition. It retains all of its original heart locks, but three of the five locks are missing.
The measurements of this chest of drawers are: 133cm x 101cm x 63cm.
