"19th Century Canvas. Rustic Scene."

Beautiful oil on canvas, from the 19th century, rustic scene. Peasant woman holding a kid on her knees with the goat next to her, worried. In the background, a cow sticking its head out of a stable. This painting was probably done by an animal painter, judging by the quality of the representation and the expression. Unsigned painting, a priori, but I did not take the painting out of its frame, leaving it as they say "natural, in its own juice", to be cleaned. Dimensions of the canvas alone, 40 cm x 30 cm. Frame with channels and original gilding with some missing parts.
