  • Beautiful old box in blackened and lacquered steel with Japanese decoration inlaid with gold and silver flowers on the hinged lid and the rim.
  • Circled with two rings in gilded metal with chiseled diamond decoration.
  • Bears the number 42 stamped on the bottom inside, which corresponds to the 42mm interior diameter.
  • One similary box was sold by DAGUERRE clic here

  • Tiny traces of oxidation and wear of the lacquer.
  • Very good condition, from the 18th century around 1760.
