"Two Shaman Vases Tzin Tzun Tzan Michoacan Mexico 400 To 100 Bc Pre-columbian Art "
Rare and beautiful small tripod vases. They are decorated on the edge with a radiant decoration and in the receptacle, the first with a flower-shaped motif, on the second the decoration of the receptacle is unfortunately very erased following its use, it rests on two feet and the third is sculpted with a large handle. These decorations made by the artists of this civilization radiated throughout Michoacan and part of the state of Guanajuato. These vases must have been used to receive offerings intended for the mother earth goddess. Coffee-red terracotta with smoothed polychrome slip, erased in places. Good general condition of conservation despite everything because the decorations are original and period, see the photos.
