" Fountain Mouth "child With Drapery", Late 19th Century"
- Fountain mouth depicting in high relief a young child's head emerging from a drape. The sides of the latter fall elegantly on either side of the child's face. The head is topped with a stylized palmette arranged in a fan shape like a crown. The child's wide open and perforated mouth combines this refined aesthetic with a utilitarian function for pouring out the water.
