"Porcelain Figurine Group Germany 1860"
group of porcelain figurines representing two ladies of quality, dressed in floral dresses and a rider holding a birdcage, at their feet, a dog, on the side, three sheep. designed in the 1860s by girand for the oldest porcelain factory in Thuringia, the VOLSTEADT porcelain factory located in RUDOLSTADT is the first factory in Germany, it was founded in 1762. signed under the glaze in blue with a crowned "N", a closed crown an "R" and crossed swords.
