The chest of drawers is inlaid with brass and red tortoiseshell. A decoration of arabesques, foliage and exotic figures appears on its panels. The rectangular top, bordered by a molded ingot mold, is decorated with Bérainesque inlays, above three long drawers, each with inlaid panels and two falling handles. The side panels are decorated identically, the moving uprights arch in a volute and end with gilded bronze sabots.
