Coffee table by the Italian architect and designer Ico Parisi. A big name in Italian furniture, Ico Parisi worked on many creations, some of which are recognizable by their atypical legs. This coffee table, published by MIM in the 1960s, is made of Rio rosewood and the base in chromed metal. The barrel is covered with a fluted plastic tube. The legs are therefore typical of Parisi's work with these very sculptural legs. The design of the rosewood on the top forming a star is remarkable.
