Oil painting on canvas from the 19th century depicting a lively navy. Very beautiful painting with many maritime buildings in the foreground and a steamboat on the horizon. Signature lower left, Savoin and dated 1887. Note the presence of the period gilded wooden frame of very good quality. Dimensions of the frame 44 by 53 cm.
