This comb-tiara gallery is in vermeil, hare's head hallmark on the right (Paris 1819-1838), decorated with 41 oval faceted red coral beads in the upper part, a line of small round faceted coral beads and a last band of faceted coral beads fixed on stems and surrounded by circle motifs.
The comb system is absent, it is nevertheless possible to use it in a hairstyle by fixing it with hairpins.
Adapting a chain or a line to both ends will allow it to be worn as a necklace! Early 19th century, Restoration period.
