Napoleon III period cartel clock in the Louis XV style. Signed on the dial "Costain Paris Galerie de la Madelaine". Thick gilt bronze architecture with a lively shape thanks to its graceful curves and counter-curves decorated at each corner with foliage framed by large grid surfaces. Large domed dial in white enamel accompanied by finely worked gilded hands, all protected by domed glass.

Original mechanism without modification, striking the hours and half-hours on an old bell.
