"Louis XIII - Louis XIV Writing Table From The End Of The 17th Century - Beginning Of The 18th Century, Small Oak Desk"
Very pretty Louis XIII - Louis XIV style writing table from the end of the 17th century, beginning of the 18th century. It rests on four baluster-type constricted legs and are connected to each other by an H-shaped crotch that has kept the squaring width and whose wear can be observed given its age. The belt is fitted with a large transverse drawer opening on the front by means of a teardrop handle, later than our piece of furniture. The whole is topped with a top redone with 19th century elements and decorated around its perimeter with a corbin beak molding.
