Terracotta sculpture representing a woman in profile. Our work is called "Meditation". It is the work of Amedeo Gennarelli who was a student of Francesco Jerace. In 1909, he emigrated to France where he settled in Paris. He is famous for his female nudes. He exhibited his first work in 1913 at the Salon de la Société des artistes français, where he exhibited regularly until 1936. For his work, he used materials such as bronze, marble, terracotta and sometimes wood. He received numerous awards for his work. Some of his works are manufactured and distributed by the famous art publisher and founder Goldscheider. Our work is signed Genarelli, dated 24/11/1942 and EH
