W.L.Leitch (1804-1883) was a very refined draughtsman Drawing Master of Queen Victoria for 22 years and vice President of the Royal Institute of Painters and Watwrcoulors in London for twenty years. Work already in the Prof. Marco Perera Collection in Rome. (cm.12x16)
