Engraving by André Jacquemin (Epinal 1904- Paris 1992), painter, engraver, illustrator from the Vosges, student of the Beaux-Arts in Paris, he is one of the great figures of post-war French engraving. In 1928, he founded the Société de la Jeune Gravure Contemporaine. Retrospective in 2016 at the Galerie Sagot -Le Garrec. Works in many museums. Dated 1952 and numbered. 27/65. Good condition. 58.5 x 52.5 cm with the frame. Plate stroke: 39 x 31 cm
