GABRIEL VIARDOT (1830-1904) attributed to Molded, carved and stained wooden stool with Chinese-style decoration. The square-section top hollowed out with a circle in its center resting on a notched belt and four legs of a moving shape ending in claws. They are held by a spacer forming a lower top with an openwork band and a suspended shelf in the middle. Ornamentation of gilded bronzes in the upper part of the legs.
