""the Chapel Of Old Chinaillon" Etienne Bovier-lapierre"
Etienne BOVIER-LAPIERRE was born in Saint-Chamond in 1908. He died in 1987 in Veyrier du Lac. A former student of the Beaux-Arts of Saint-Etienne, he was a member of the Artistes Français and a member of the Society of Mountain Painters. Seduced by Cariffa's knife painting and a great lover of mountain races, he painted on location. This painting represents the Notre-Dame du Puy du vieux Chinaillon chapel with, in the background, the Aiguille Verte du Chinaillon. Etienne Bovier-Lapierre appears in the book "Les Peintres de la Savoie" by Anne Buttin and Sylvain Jacqueline. The dimensions of the painting with the frame are 26.5 cm x 35 cm. The packaging, shipping and insurance costs by Colissimo suivi are €20 for France and €30 for the European Union. For the rest of the world, contact me.
