Late 18th Century Pair Of Walnut Veneered Sideboards

Elegant pair of poplar wood sideboards, veneered in walnut with poplar bottoms. These medium-sized sideboards feature truncated pyramid legs and a smooth top. They are equipped with a drawer and two doors, which open to reveal two internal shelves, ideal for storing objects. The locks and front decorations, made of lost-wax cast bronze, are chiseled and gilded; among these, two laurel wreaths stand out, recalling classical antiquity, giving a further touch of elegance. Furthermore, both the top and the drawers and doors are accentuated by an ebonized wood band, which adds another element of refinement. This pair of sideboards, of fine workmanship, is able to enrich any environment with style and elegance. Tuscan manufacture from the late 18th century.
