Paul-françois Louchet (1854-1936) Rare Art Deco Vase

Superb Art Deco period vase signed in enamelled cursive letters 'Louchet Paris' for Paul-François Louchet 1854-1936 (friend of Louis Majorelle, Jean Daum and René Lalique). Elegant bulbous shape in gilded bronze and cloisonné in polychrome champlevé enamel with rich decoration in the purest early 20th century Decorative Arts style depicting a lake landscape animated by flowering and leafy umbellifers on a pretty turquoise blue background, the whole is set in a delicate naturalist mount in finely chiseled bronze and gilded with fine gold. Very good condition, dimensions: 25.5 cm high X 10.2 cm wide. Note as a reference similar models of vases (smaller sizes) sold on average for €6,000 at Millon in Paris (see photos)
