Françoise-Louise de La Baume Le Blanc, Duchess of La Vallière and Vaujours, was a French noblewoman born on August 6, 1644 in Tours and died on June 6, 1710 in Paris. She is known in history for having been one of the mistresses of King Louis XIV from 1661 to 1667. The work was executed with great precision, it is a work in the mass of great finesse.
