"Louis XV Large-eared Shepherdess"
Exceptional large-eared bergere chair in natural beech, resting on four small arched legs, from the L.XV period. This seat, which is only molded, all in curves and counter-curves that punctuate the fretwork of the belt and the backrest, is of very high quality and demonstrates all the mastery of its carpenter. By looking at it, one could end up persuading oneself of the presence of a trace of a stamp. In any case, one thing is certain: this seat is the work of a great carpenter and we think that it could be close to the production of Claude Louis Burgat, received Master in 1744.
