A student of Désiré Hurbin, a member of the Salon des artistes français, Victor Demanet obtained an honorable mention there in 1925 and exhibited there in 1929 the plaster His Majesty King Leopold II, statue erected in Namur1, in Arlon, statue of Albert I.
