Our bronze, work of Georges Gardet, is dedicated to the armored ship "Au Jules Michelet", mention engraved on the facade of the terrace and surrounded by marine inks.
On the flat part of the terrace there is a crown above an unidentified engraved marking.
This sculpture is also a reduction of a monument built in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia
