His work is inspired by nature as well as the cities he visited during his travels, mainly around the Mediterranean. His incisive and generous painting is part of the post-war pictorial movements led by Claude Venard in particular, with whom he was a friend. He exhibited all over the world, in France, Spain, Japan, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Africa, Switzerland, from 1959 to 2015.
