HELIOSINE WARE in Austria (the piece is unsigned but its very particular enamel leaves no doubt as to this attribution).
Circa 1900/1910
If the shape is relatively classic, we will especially notice its superb iridescent enamel, with reflections and progressive gradients ranging from purple to blue and green, from pink to gold depending on its lighting and its point of view.

This ceramic is part of a broader European and even global Art Nouveau creative movement: we can cite Zolnay PECS, the MASSIER in Vallauris, the ceramics of Montières or Rambervillers in France, but also Tiffany in New York Loetz, Kralik or Loetz in Austria for the glassware...
